Forplast LLC is enterprise of low-tonnage chemistry, we are specializing in producing waxes and wax products．Founded in 2014. All our products are manufactured in our factory in Russia. On the basis of our company there is a modern chemical laboratory. We produce more than 10 types of polyethylene waxes. We are ready to supply to our worldwide customers.
ABOUT US
Forplast LLC. was established in 2014. We are specializing in research, production and sale of polyethylene waxes. From the beginning, we are engaged in researching and introduction advanced polyethylene waxes in different markets. Our modern equipment allows us to produce several types of waxes to meet our customer’s needs. We use 2 methods of production of pe waxes: thermal degradation of polyolefins raw materials and refining of Low Polymer Wax from polyethylene production. Our R&D center is under working on new types of waxes – OPE waxes, Amide waxes, Wax's compounds. Our attitude to business and high quality products allows us to have strong business relations in domestic and import markets.
OUR PRODUCTS
Our refinery plant has full capacity to produce various grades of polyethylene wax with different properties depending on the request of our customer. However, at current time, due to market demands the company is producing the following six types of PE waxes:

APPLICATIONS
Polyethylene Wax (PE Wax) is an ultra low molecular weight polyethylene. It used in various sectors of plastic industry. Most of the waxes have the same basic structure, but the various production processes yield products with distinctly different properties, and these properties have a major impact on the use of products. The different production process yield product waxes with different properties due to different molecular configuration (chain linearity, cross-linking, modality (mono or bi) polarity and functional group attached to it.
PE waxes are providing important functions in the industries below:
Bitumen Modification
Applications: Bitumen compounds, Asphalt, Road materials.
The Plastowax waxes with their ideal combination of hardness, high melting point, and low melt viscosity are perfect additives to bitumen roofing and sheeting compounds.
The incorporation of an additive amount of a Plastowax waxes about a significant improvement of flow during hot torching procedures, stimulating the formation of a smooth and high gloss coating with added water repellency properties.
Cable Filling
Applications: Cable's products
The Plastowax waxes have an excellent combination of characteristics to provide powerful gel forming aids for oils and polybutenes. The major properties are :

- Good Electrical Properties
Masterbatch
Applications: Masterbatches, Polymer compounds.
Plastowax waxes is perfect for polyolefin masterbatches and compounds enables easier and more economical polymer processing and leads to more favorable properties – such as color yield or surface quality - in end products.
Corrugated
Applications: Corrugated Board Coating
Pe wax application is coating which provides improved surface of corrage boards, including abrasion resistance. These coating are based on paraffins which have small amounts of an EVA and pe waxes added to provide toughness and flexibility. and to provide better abrasion resistance.
PVC products
Applications: PVC Pipe, PVC fittings, Cable, PVC film, PVC extrusion, PVC technical profile, PVC Windows, PVC window sill.
PVC compounds can not be produced without additives. Although the levels of additing of Plastowax wax are small, there is an accentuation of the high efficiency of lubrication as one of the virtues of wax. This aspect along with other key advantages highlight:

Hot Melt Adhesives
Applications: Hotmelt, glue, adhesives, gum, cement, adhesive tape, stickers, adhesive labels, industrial adhesives.
As a component of hot melt adhesives Plastowax wax is added at levels 20 to 30%.

Hot Melt Road Marking
Applications: Hot melt road marking.

- Attainment of Thinner, Sharper Markings

Rubber Processing
Applications: Rubber, tires, gloves, boots, shoe sole, unmolding aids.
Our polyethylene waxes are added into the rubber compound in an amount of from 2 to 10% as lubricants and dispersing agents.
